It’s nice when changes are noted

My lovely sister commented to me today that she could see progress in all this exercise I’ve been doing. It was nice to hear because I’ve seen little movement on the scales. I’ve decided to live as healthy as possible without worrying about things. Easier said than done. I don’t mind exercising but it more fun when not done alone. After so much trouble with the feet in the past few years, any movement that doesn’t hurt is welcome. Yeah me!

Fall is here!

Fall is here! Finally, we are picking up that slight snap in the air in the early morning and instead of the temp rising to 100 degrees each day, now it’s only rising to around 88. Yipee! Makes me think of making soup. I am starting to look longingly at my sweaters and boots still hanging in the closet. The cold weather will come eventually.
